This isn't a separate product in Qprop's catalog: a local field agent completes it by ordering the Property Walkthrough's Quick Exterior Check plan for a routine security-and-condition pass, or a Custom Task when you need something specific checked.

What Qprop Does
There's no "vacant property check" button in the order flow. You'll book this as a Quick Exterior Check (Property Walkthrough) or a Custom Task, and a field agent checks the exterior — and interior on plans that include it — for visible signs of forced entry, damage, water intrusion, or general neglect, then documents what they find.
