Welcome to Qprop LLC. By accessing or using our property inspection services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1. Service Agreement
By using Qprop, you agree to pay the total amount shown for each service request. Our field agents will make their best effort to access your property safely and legally.
2. Platform Integrity & Non-Circumvention
You agree not to contact, hire, or purchase services directly from any Qprop field agent ("Field Agent") outside the platform. All communications, bookings, and payments must occur exclusively through Qprop. Any attempt to bypass the platform or engage a field agent directly constitutes a breach of these Terms, and Qprop reserves the right to suspend your account, withhold funds, and pursue legal action or damages for violation of this agreement.
3. Property Access
If the property is inaccessible (e.g., locked gate with no code or safety hazard), you will be notified immediately. In such cases, a partial fee may still apply to compensate for the field agent's time and travel.
4. Service Delivery
All services are scheduled in advance. After the field agent completes the visit, the media and report are submitted for a brief quality review before being released to you. You will be notified as soon as your report is available in your dashboard.
5. Media Licensing
All photos and videos are licensed to you for personal and commercial use related to the inspected property. Qprop retains the right to use selected media for marketing or promotional purposes, without disclosing property addresses or sensitive details.
6. Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You will be charged the full amount once your order is confirmed. Pricing shown at checkout is an estimate. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy (Section 7) — refunds are issued as Qprop platform credit, not as a reversal of the original charge.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled through your Qprop dashboard, subject to Qprop’s Cancellation Policy in effect at the time of cancellation. Eligibility for any credit, and the amount of such credit, may depend on factors including the timing of the cancellation, whether a field agent has been assigned, and whether the service has already begun. Any cancellation credit will be issued as Qprop platform credit unless otherwise stated.
8. Liability
Qprop and its field agents are not responsible for any pre-existing property issues, damages, or conditions discovered during the inspection. The Qprop service provides visual documentation only and does not constitute an appraisal, legal, or financial evaluation. For Renovation Progress Checks specifically: field agents assess and document renovation progress based on visual observation only. Qprop does not verify that installations were performed correctly, meet manufacturer specifications, or comply with local building codes.
9. SMS Mobile Messaging Terms
Program Name: Qprop LLC SMS Alerts. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel. Support: Text HELP for help, or email qpropoffice@gmail.com. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages from Qprop, you agree to receive SMS notifications related to your service requests, including appointment confirmations, field agent updates, and service completion notifications. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
10. Privacy
Your use of Qprop services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
