What Qprop Does

There's no "occupancy check" button in the order flow. You'll book this as a Quick Exterior Check (Property Walkthrough) or a Custom Task, and a field agent visits the address and observes signs of occupancy — mail accumulation, vehicles, lawn condition, lights, window coverings, and similar visible indicators — then reports back with photos and notes.
